CRIMINAL TRIAL SUSPENDED. (16/03/2009) Criminal Court of Agadir (Morocco): The trial allowed for the day 16/03/2009 (Wednesday) at the Criminal Court of Agadir against the driver of the Moroccan carrier "Supratours" which killed two students and KTEIF Sahraouis Houssein EL BABA Khaya, and very injured two others seriously Saharawi students, on 01/12/2008, was suspended and brought new session for the conclusion of the day 16/03 / 2009 (Monday) Summary of the hearing: As the meeting last Monday night of March 04, the seat of the Court, in the presence of large detachments of Moroccan police and security forces out of uniform. Again, it took strong measures for monitoring and control of the Sahrawi people, mostly students, who sought to attend the trial, subject to various stringent checks, withdrawing its documentation to the entry and not delivered to the exit, not allowing them entry to the building court if they refused to do so. The Trial is set for 14:00 start at 14:15 h, and once the Court, the representative of the Insurance Company of the carrier requested the suspension for failing to spot with time to prepare the view, accessing the President of the Tribunal to the suspension and noting a new date on Monday 16/03/2009. The defense of the accused applied for parole until the trial. The Attorney (Prosecutor º F) was opposed to changing Tribunal considered that a prosecution is not the facts amounted to a crime, also opposed the release of the accused. For the Court it was agreed not to allow freedom of the accused, to suspend the proceeding and accessing the application from the insurance company, covocando for next March 18.
